Can a non family member sponsor for Student Visa in US schools?
Does it have to a U.S citizen or Permanent resident? where can I see clear directions?

My cousin is willing to sponsor, but he is on H1B visa and not a U.S citizen.. please advise ?

You MUST have sufficient tuition fund in your hand before apply to your student visa!

NO MONEY! Okay, not a problem, you MUST be an outstanding student to have scholarship in your hand at the moment of visa interview!

In short, someone need to pay your tuition, NOT the US TAX PAYER!!

H1B?? How many months your cousin remain?? He/she need to save him/herself in case of loss job or companies close the door!
