Hi,
My fiance lives in Russia. She was in the US for 3 months this summer on a work-travel program with her school and we got engaged. Her visa expired at the end of spetember so she had to return to Russia. She wanted to stay here legally so she applied to a local college and was accepted with an approved I20. She then applied for an F1 visa with me as her sponsor but was denied. They did not give a reason but questioned her about me quite a bit. Does anyone have a suggestion on how she could reapply and get an approval? Her parents do not have much money so they cannot sponsor her. I miss her and would appreciate any help you can provide.
