    MBA F1 graduating in December 2014, URGENT HELP!!!

    Hi,

    I am an MBA candidate, graduating in December 2014. My OPT start date is February 09, 2015. If I start working on OPT, can my employer file for my H1-B in April 2016.

    Please urgent help is required!

      Yes he can. Application are filed in April, so that should not be a problem.

        Thanks Kalpana, I am currently pursuing MBA so I only have 12 month OPT. Wanted to clarify it....
