Hope someone could answer my queries:
--> My Fiancee is on his work permit in Canada and his PR application is in process. He is expecting his PR by July 2015.
--> I am on F1 visa(student) in the US and will be getting my OPT soon in March 2015.
My questions are:
1. If i apply for a canadian dependent visa/PR, will it effect my OPT in the US?
2. Will I be eligible to apply for my H1 visa in the US when I am in Canada? will i be still prioritized as I have my Masters from US or I come under the others category?
3. How do i keep my OPT safe and still get married and live with my husband in Canada?
would be of great help if someone can answer my questions.
