Hi All,
So i am in a situation where in i will be applying for H-1 in April'15, starting stem OPT in May'15 and probably getting married after October 2015. Now my question is, just in case i do not make the H-1 Lottery in 2015, and then after i get married, my wife applies for F-2, will this look like an intent to immigrate on her part. What are the things i should prepare her for, to increase her chances of F-2 ? if i get H-1 then all is good, but if i don't then i have no option but to hope for her F-2. Just looking for suggestions as to what her work status in india should be, how much financial hold should i have ? what shouldn't she say and what should she say. just a general idea. Or is it a waste of time to even try for F-2. This will help me prepare for my move back to India.
