student visa confused wit 221g!
Hey guys!
I just got an interview at US embassy, and I got visa confused with 221g. It is because the consular want more documents of my sponsor, evidences about relationship, and bank statement which they said the one I show didn't have enought money.
The problems is my sponsor is not my real relative, so I can't show any document about our relationship. So I have a follow questions bellow:
1. Can I chang my sponsor to be my real relative ( my I-20 said I will get sponsor from family funds.)?
2. And what I can do to fix the problem I got at the embassy?
3. How much money should my sponsor has in his account?, since the tuitions fee and housing was shown in I-20 about $ 10,500 / year, and my sponsor will give me 20,000 per year.
4. If I chang my sponsor to be my parents, will I get more problem?, because I didn't mention my parents would be my sponsor since beginning to the consular.
Please anyone help me! My classes will begin January 9! I need some help!
