Hello, I got married to a f-1 student visa who's currently lives in the u.s. But she's not gonna attend school this semester. I'm a lawful permanent resident and I'm in a process of getting my citizenship soon maybe in the nedt 3-5 months. Is there a possibility that she can stay in the u.s. And not attend school? Please help.

You should have U.S. citizenship before petitioning your young lady, which would then provide he with "immediate priority" status.
If you petition her as a Green Card holder, she will not yet be eligible for Adjustment of Status.
