ReApplying F1 Visa after return to India.

Hi All,

I had query related to re-entry to USA, I traveled to USA in Aug 2011 to pursue MS, but due to personal reasons I've returned back to India without completing Masters. Now I again want to pursue MS. I had queries which need your comments -

1. Do I need to apply for F1 Visa again as my previous Visa has 5yrs validity?
2. Am I eligible for re-entry?
3. Will I face any difficulties in Visa interview if at all I attend for interview.

Can you please comment on this?

In F-1 visa, applicants must be a foreigner resident and must intend to return there..
applicants must be sufficient financial support..
