Hi ,
I need some valuable information on my status now.
Currentlyy I am doing my MBA and working with OPT for last 5 months. I am in Last Semester and applied OPT. Now i had a situation to change my employer through new job offer. But as i already applied the OPT below are my questions . Please someone help me in this ragard. This decision is depend on my employment with new company.
1) At this moment can i change my employer ?
2) If i change my EMployer shoud i inform to USCIS ?
3) As my OPT is in process , will get delayed because of this employer change ?
4) Can i send the additional documents to USCIS to expidite the OPT process. My graduation day is in March .
