Hi All
I am studying MBA in India and also working with a multinational company.
As part of exchange program, I will be studying for 4 months in USA university.
I just want to know whether it would legal to work online from USA for India office(on India salary ofcourse).
There wont be any kind employment engagement with US office.
It would be kind of tourist working from his hotel or is it?
Would it create problem to get F1 visa if I tell them in visa interview that I would be working for India office on part time basis without any work engagements in USA?
are there some provisions,if any, to make this arrangement work if above is not possible?
