Possibility of applying for F1 from Qatar for an Indian citizen

Hi all.
I'm an Indian citizen working and residing in Qatar.

I got admission in a University in the United States. Now, is it possible to apply for F1 from Qatar or should I go to India? Please help me out. Thanks in advance

Yes you can

When I first got admitted for my undergrad I applied for my F1 from the embassy in Abu Dhabi. As long as you reside in Qatar you should be able to apply at the embassy in Doha.
