Need new visa stamping for new passport(replacement for lost passport)

Hi,

I lost my old passport which had F1 visa stamping.
I applied for a new one and got it. Now I am staying in US and I have completed my MS degree and gonna work in OPT.

What should I do to get new visa stamping when I go to India? (procedures)

Do I have to attend the visa interview again?

How long will it take for me to get a new stamping.

I haven't filled my H1B but i will be working in my OPT period.
