Came on F2. COS to H4 and then to F1
I came on F2(visa stamped in passport) which got converted to H4 COS and then to F1 COS while I was in the country.
Current situation: F2 visa (stamped in my passport) has expired and I am currently on valid COS F1 documents.
I want to get my F1 visa stamped and was thinking of going in this March (after my 3rd quarter gets over. My program duration is 1 year from a reputed university and gets over in June 2015). I do not have a full-time job yet and no H1 filling has been done.
Questions:
1. I would like to know the chances of my visa getting rejected?
2. If my F1 visa gets rejected in how many days can I re-apply for F1?
3. if my F1 visa gets rejected the second time, in how many days can I apply for H4 and will the old documents (before COS) will be valid ?
