I don't know when my exam will ends in my semester. Does it necessary to buy round trip ticket? Do they require it while entering US?

Check the ICE website, the US does not require you to fly on a round-trip flight when coming to the US on an F1 visa. However the airline itself may require that you purchase a return ticket. If the airline does require it, they'll either notify you in advance or will tell you at the very last second when you check-in at the airport. If the airline forces you to buy a returning ticket at the airport, nothing prevents you from canceling the ticket once you get in the US so make sure it's 100% refundable.

British Airways for example requires it sometimes, for F1 visa holders or B visa holders.
