Hello am an american citizen by birth, but my family left U.S since i was two years, am married since 10 years and i have 2 children and we are living abroad.
Now my hubby has been accepted in a good university in the US to do his masters, he will apply for his F1 visa soon, as for my kids we are still hesitated whether to apply for them F2 visa or tourist visa, we are still not sure if we will relocate with my husband or just go for visits.
Q1: Which kind of visa is easier to apply for kids?
Q2: Does my american nationality affect the acceptance of their visa in any way?
Q3: If we decided later on to go for good , is it easy to do change of status after that?
