Am I eligible for OPT? I have already worked under OPT before.

I have done my Masters in Information System from USA in 2011 and after that I have worked on OPT. Now I am planning to have double masters and planning to do MBA in US. Am I be eligible to work on OPT again? Since I have already worked under OPT before?

You're allowed one OPT per degree. I'm not sure if a second Master's degree would count as a second degree or if the OPT is given once only for every degree level (Bachelors, Masters, Doctorate). Ask your DSO at the school.
