Can I apply SSN without EAD?

Hello everyone. I'm OPT student who has started working. I got my EAD in last December but I lost it this week at such a time I am going to apply SSN. I'm wondering if I can apply SSN without EAD card since replacement need 3 months? I have EAD's copy, i-20 with OPT and offer letters. Is is enough for my work authentication

I believe all you need is a letter from your DSO and a letter from your employer. Double check by asking the DSO at your school, you probably don't need the EAD card.
