I need ur precious information to continue my USA student visa,

I have been admitted by the Potmac university for MBA program in USA. This admission is made through my consultant in Karachi,
This is the private university and he informed me that this uni base good ratio for visa and also a worth in DC.
Here, I am confusing that this is private university and Visa officer can refuse me on the base of private institution.

Can any one guide me that should I processed ahead on the base of Potmac?

It doesn't matter if the university is public or private as long as you have your F-1 visa in your passport and the I-20 form with you.
