No payroll for OPT ???
Hi,
Now I'm in F1-OPT status and it is gonna expire in two weeks, but all I got is an unpaid offer.
If I got no paid, I cannot have payroll, right? Well, unpaid job, is it illegal..? and if no payroll, how can I prove I've been employed legally?
And also want to ask will no-payroll affect my opt extension later? or affect H1-B application?
