Hi All,
I have received an admit to pursue Masters in Fall,2015. I will be travelling on H4 in late June to early July in order to join my husband in Florida. I have the below queries:
1) I wish to apply for f1 COS from H4 in September to be eligible for part time internships from feB. Will the fact that i traveled on h4 in june / july affect my chances of approval/ denial in any way?
2) Can we apply for f1 COS on our own (assuming - under the guidance of International Student Advisor of My University) or is it too complicated and would be safer to appoint an attorney ?
Also, people who applied for F1 COS in florida, How long did it take for you get the final decision?
