Hi all,
I am in a great difficult situation, could someone help me on explaining on how to proceed further in my situation? I have enrolled for masters in fall 2013 on H4 status and completed 27 credits on H4 status only. (I.e fall 2013, spring 2014 n summer 2014). After that I took break due to personal reasons and applied for H4 to F1 conversion in October 2014 n have not enrolled to any subjects in spring 2015 as well. I have got a receipt notice from USCIS in February 2015 stating that my F1 conversion has been done. Now my question is will I be eligible for cpt and opt? If not eligible what should be done to be eligible for cpt and opt? Your replies will help me from coming out of a sour situation.
