F1 or H4

I am in a dilemma now.I got married before 2 years and my husband is in US in student visa.So i have visited US 3 times.Now i intend to do masters here and i applied to many univ.I got admit in the university near my husband's place in USA.As i got the admit,he also got his working visa.Now that i am in confusion of whether the visa officer would reject my student visa on the account of not proving my intent to return back to india.please help me.Is it difficult to get student visa at this stage?

F1 opt --> h1 --> h4 ead

Hi,

My Wife graduated last year with 12 months OPT EAD, she can only elgible for 12 months OPT EAD and it will expires in June 1st 2015.
She is currently working under OPT and her company filed for H1, it got approved today. Using H1B her CAP GAP will be covered until October 1 2015.

I am thinking any options available for filing H4 EAD without any break in work.
Is this possible to file H4 EAD on May 26th?
Have to wait until October 1st to File H4 EAD? Please let me know what are the options available.
