Hi,
I am in need of some advice since my DSO is out of office and i cant wait till he comes back
I am on my F-1 OPT which will expire in June.I interviewed hard but due to the job market ,i dont have an employer yet and dont think i will find someone to hire me for just two months.
The only two options left for me are COS to H4 and become dependent on my husband OR leave the country and come back on H4.
Incase i decide to leave the country -- what documents will i need from my university ?
My university folks are not giving a clear idea.They keep iterating the fact that they wont issue a new I-20.I can understand that there is not point in issuing a new I-20 when i dont intend to come back.
But are there other documents or paper work or things i need to work on with my University ?
OR can i book the next flight out with my F1-VISA and last I-20 i received in hand ? Will i face any issues at the POE or when i go for H4 Stamping ?
I am requesting for urgent advice !!
