I have stayed in the US for 3 years legally on H4. My husband recently transfered himself back to the India office of his company. We both are in India now for > 4 months.
I have a I-20 now from Kaplan, and wish to apply for F1. My husband chooses to stay back in India for now. I want to show proof of funds from my sponsoring husband who has assets back in the US, and can cover all my expenses stay and course funding.
Would there be a problem showing proof of funds in US?
Would this mean that I have more ties to US than India, and hence
have a chance of denial ?
I am worried, can anybody comment ...
