Is rail-way fine a criminal offense?
Hi,
I have been admitted to UMich, Ann Arbor and am about to fill up my DS-160. I noticed there is a question in criminal records section about being arrested for an offense. I had to pay a rail-way fine to the RPF roughly 8 months back for boarding the vendor compartment of a ladies special train (it was a very silly misunderstanding) and that was the end of it. What does this amount to? What should I put for that option.
