Going for Masters after working for 5 yrs. Do I need any documents from my Employer?

Hi,

I have been working at a multinational company since past 5 years and I have decided to go for my masters in the US. Its in the relevant field.

I have all the financial documents ready but I am confused if I should take some document from my company?.. I am not planning to quit my job before finding out if I get the visa or not.

Kindly advise.
