I am from Gujarat, India wanted to know that I have my pending immigration visa (Family Preference Immigrant Visas/Family Fourth Preference (F4)) which is of March 2006 and now I am interested to study in USA so my doubt is that is their any chance of mine to get student visa for USA in presence of pending immigration visa
