Respected Sir,
I am Jinal Goda . My fiancé is on students visa in USA and working under opt. He did ms in computer science . His opt expires in May, 2016(including the extension period ). He also had applied for h1 visa this April but unfortunately it didn't get picked up.
We wish to get married this year and apply for my f2. He has a respectable job and can sponsor me. My question is should we marry and apply for f2 this year or wait for his h1 next year?? What are the chances of f2 being accepted?? What are the possible questions asked and the documentations required and which time of the year would be good to apply so as they don't reject stating lack of months under opt?? Also is court marriage best option or the bmc certificate of marriage will be sufficient?
