Hi,
I was looking into one of the websites regarding the time limit in which I need to enter US after getting the VISA stamped. It says that if the VISA was stamped for Spring term and the admission is differed to Fall term, one can not enter US with the same Visa, since I fall in the same case (My VISA was stamped for Jan-2015 admission, which was delayed due to admin processing. I have submitted the new I-20 for visa stamping). Now I have admission for Aug-2015 (In the same school). Can I enter US with the same visa with new I-20? I am afraid if my entry to US is denied. Please clarify this. But one of the FAQs from www.immihelp.com says that if both the I-20s have same SEVIS ID and for the same school, one can enter US with the same VISA. Please help me in this regard.
