  • Active B1 Visa, Unutilised F1, applying for a new F1

    Hello kind folks,

I have an active B1 visa valid till 2024. I was given admission to a US MS program 2 years ago. I rcvd the I20 and got my F1 visa to attend the program. However I could not go because of some serious family issues at the last minute(and the university refused to defer my admission). This year I re-applied and got through a different program in the same university. They have issued me a new I20 and asked me to apply for a new F1 visa. In this case what should I fill in the DS-160 section of "Have you ever received a US Visa?" Also I want to mention both my visas to give the office the complete picture but there seems to be a slot for only one visa? What should I do so that this does not look bad on my application?

    Thanks!

Yes and need to put information of last visa issued.

No need to mention all visa only the last one issued is required. They will track all the visa issued with your finger printing or thumb impression.
