Please HELP!!
My husband and I were married 2 months ago in April, started GC process immediately (April 28th).
and I finished my biometric appointment last month. (May 28th).
We both are going for grad school, but I am not sure what statutes I will be in the fall. School is asking me for document so that they can issue my I-20, but as far as i know, but will i even able to get I-20? Consider the fact that I have a green card case in process?
I also graduated from US undergrad, so the grad school is asking for my previous school to transfer I-20.
I had just email the grad school and inform them my new immigration statutes and havent heard from them yet. ( I applied as international student )
