F1 visa is not issued yet. Can I leave with my other A2 visa on my other passport?

I have been waiting for my F1 visa for almost 2 weeks now and the interviewing officer told me it'll only take 3 days. I already rescheduled my flight once but now I really need to leave since I have classes starting next monday. My visa status says administrative processing. However, I have another passport that has an A2 visa which is still valid. Can I leave with that visa? And get the F1 visa picked up and sent to me by someone else? Will they cancel my A2 visa when they issue the F1 visa? Or I can have 2 visas with different types? And get the F1 visa picked up and sent to me by someone else? I need to take those classes since they're prerequisites for almost every class I'm going to take next semester. Please repond to this as soon as possible.
