DS 160--previous employer moved to a new location

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on filling my DS 160.

My previous employer moved to a new location and I am not sure if they kept my record there.
I have been working with them for less than one year.

I put all the current contact information of the company on my recommendation letter.
The contact information of the company on my resume are the old one.

So, for the DS 160, which contact information shall I fill in?
