Does the CA have to be a registered valuer or any chatered accountant would do ?

Hi

I have my interview for F1 visa on July 13th. I have an admit from UT Austin for PhD with research assistantship of $ 2500/ month. I wanted to check with you guys who have carried a CA statement does the Chartered accountant have to be a registered valuer or can it be any chartered accountant ? I am showing Bank balance, FDs and a two residential flats in the assets.
