    Chnaging My F1 VISA for another school

    Hi All ,

    I recently got F1 VISA for a university in California and now I have changed my plans to decided to apply for another university in NY and have also got I20 for it.
    How can I withdraw my earlier F1 and apply for new university in NY? I am still in India and have to do it pretty quickly for Fall 2015. Please advice I have got I20 for both universities....
