  • Visa Refused Under Section 214(b) Immigrant Intent

    Hi,
I recently applied for student visa but was denied under section 214(b) immigrant intent.
A little info about my background:
    My age: 25, Male, Pakistani
I discontinued education in university in 2009 with thoughts that education is not that important. I was inspired by college dropout entrepreneurs. So I applied in 04 Universities in US and each of them suggested me to start in a community college to improve GPA and transfer.
My father owns a business and I am attached with him from 2012 on a position of an Engineer.
My sponsor is family relative and my father. Aunt having liquid assets in the bank and Father having business assets.

    Transcript as follows:
    Me: Hi
    VO: Hello
VO: Why are you going to the US?
Me: To get an Associate Degree
    VO: Are you single?
    Me: Yes
    VO: Why this college?
Me: I contacted EducationUSA and they suggested me some universities based on my records, so I applied here.
    VO: Where is it located?
    Me: Los Angeles
VO: Have you applied to other universities?
Me: Yes but this is the first college which gave me acceptance.
    VO: Which one is that?
    Me: University of Kentucky
VO: What are the years of your previous education?
    Me: 2007-11, XYZ University
VO: What you’ve been doing since 2011?
Me: I am working as an engineer.
VO: What is the income of your father?
    Me: 2 Million
VO: Sorry I can’t offer you visa. You may reapply again.
    Me: Thank you and left.

The VO didn't check any of my documents and he was continuously writing something on PC. He gave me printed letter without anything written on that. Also no stamp on my passport.
Can anyone point out my mistakes?
I am planning to reapply in the next term.
I think the best I can do is to improve my DS-160. Any suggestions?
