  • Help with change of status B2 to F1, form i539

I hope some kind person can help with this.

I have the i-20 issued, my i-94 is B2 admitted until October this year, in my port of entry I stated to have intentions to research and apply for studies/degree here in US.

Problem: today is July, 14 and my classes start at August 31, I have only 1 and half month for the hole process.

    Questions:
1.Will USCIS approve it in this short time? if it take like 3-4 months what happens with my lost classes, should I just contact the university and they will renew the i20 start date or it is not so easy?

2.I have prepared all the documentation (i539, i539 fee, i20, sevis fee, write letter, bank statements etc) but the affidavit of support i-134 cant be filled because my parents are not in US, what sample of sponsorship letter I can use in this condition?

3.All these letters need to be in English or certified by a translator.. what are the details here? how I know if the translator is certified or not? if my parents sign an English document do they need to certify also?

4.Where should I file the documentation? Dallas or Express mail at Lewisville..?

5.What information I should add that is not listed on the instructions? does anyone that did the process can please give more details, timing etc?

    6.Any reason for deny?

    I appreciate your assistance!
