H4 to F1 visa stamping

Hi,
I am currently on F1-OPT stem extension visa status. I am working as a full time employee for a big MNC. Around 2yrs back i converted from H4 to F1 visa, and i didn't visit to india after that. I am planning to visit india by end of this year and get my stamping done (as of my H4 visa stamping got expired as well). What are the chances of getting visa for me? Do i get any issues in the stamping?

Its better to get stamping in Canada or Mexico and then go to India.
