Hi,
My spouse has a H1 visa and she will be travelling to USA next month. I have around 6 years of experience. To do MS in fall in Sep 2016, I want to move to USA. Also I want to go for holidays in December to USA.
So , my question is:- Suppose I go in December in H4 visa to USA, will it be a problem for me to convert H4 to F1 from India itself? In that case should I wait till my F1 is filed?
