Combination tourist visa and studnet visa?
I need some assistance. If anyone can give me some guidance I would really appreciate it.
My two boys (13 and 11) will attend middle school in Maryland starting September 2. They will only attend for the upcoming school year (September-June).
The rest of our family (my wife, myself and our 5 yr old daughter) will join as well.
We are from Europe.
Currently the boys do not have a student visas. Their school is not certified yet to provide the application forms (I20 or SD2019) but they are in the process of getting it.
What should we do. Can all of us move to the US by a tourist visa (3 months) and eventually convert it into student visa for the boys.
Can the rest of us stay for 3 months and then head back to Europe and then go back to US again for the next round of tourist visa?
