Hi All,
I am currently doing my summer internship. I am looking to extend it till january 2016.According to my coursework, I have to complete 33 credit hours to graduate . My I-20 expires in December 2016. I already have finished 21. Also, my internship is out of state. There is this requirement which says I have to be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours unless its my last semester. So If I do an out of state internship, will it affect my F-1? Also , am I eligible in the first place ?
