Hi All,
I wanted suggestion for my situation. My F-1 expired in May 2015 and also my wife's F-2. I'm currently working on CPT and do not intend to travel. My wife wants to study and has an admit from a university.
Will there be any issues if she goes back to India to get her F-1 done?. Is there any alternative. I guess change of status is out of question since my F-1 and her F-2 is expired.
