Hi Guys,
I am currently on H4 VISA and got admission for fall 2015 and college has started. My VISA is valid till Oct-2015 ( When I was attending VISA interview My Husband's petition was valid till oct-2015).
Since I already joined college and I wanted to convert it into F1, the confusion is, since I have only one left in H4, should I extend my petition on H4 or should I transfer my VISA to F1 directly. I am F1 VISA approval will take some time and till that time can I be on application number?
