I have scheduled an appointment with the earliest date available (11 May 2006) as on 14 Jan 06. I am applying for F1 visa . But my university classes begins from
May 16 2006, As such, can i schedule an appointment under emergency quota? If yes, should I cancell my previous appointment and then schedule a new one? Or if there is any other option please let me know at the earliest.
