Change of status-H4- F1...Need help urgently

I am atpresent in H4 visa status, would like to know the details about changing from h4 - f1.I have got admission in california, atpresent i am residing in this state.I would be going to india between april - june,will it be possible for me to get the stamping.I need the details about changing to f1.Please anyboy have changed this staus please help me.Your informations are valuable to me.
