F1 visa for a 40 year old

I have secured admission for MBA in a US state university. I am a man of 40 years with 15 years of work experience. I want to take my wife and 2 kids too on a dependent visa. I have secured admission in a A+ tier Business school. What is the probability of my getting a f1 visa. I have bought two houses in India and my mother lives here, which is the reason that I would come back to india post my MBA. I have enough liquid funds in my account to fund my education.
