Visa Status Change F2 to F1 -Just information no questions
Hi All,
Just for info.
Process is :
You have to apply for I-20 .Once you get admission you have to start process.
You will get list of documents in google...
You have to Fill I-539 ----
Like :
Marriage Certificate
F1 i-20 - new
Passport front n Back pages
I-94
Bank Statement may be more than 5000$ or equivalent to your studies expenses ..
F2 Visa copy
Your Spouse: from F1 Holder
Status Letter
I-20
ID card (Optional)
I-94
--------
Covering letter ...Fee payment
We have to submit our original i-20 to USICS ...for Visa status change.
It may take 2 to 3 months for it.You will in USA only no need to go Home country --INDIA

Only Some times they may ask you to re enter only few cases.

No need to worry about I-20 University will give you one more new I-20 printout -Original
