I have been reading the forum for my F1 status and have found the information very useful. I am currently in H1 visa which will expire Sep 30, 2015.
I have all documentation(I-20) for F1 visa and I am planning to apply with USCIS before my H1 expiration date. The date on my I-20 is Dec 23.
My question -
WOULD I BE OUT OF STATUS BETWEEN OCT AND END OF DECEMBER during the pending result phase ?
Any advise is highly appreciated
