Approved 130 and apply for F1 Student Visa
Dear Reader,
I am from pakistan. My parents are in LPR citizen in USA since 1.5 years. I was not eligible due to my exceed age from 21. My mother has filed my petition I-130 for alien relative which was approved at January 2015.
I have applied for SNU USA (Winter 2016) for my Graduate Studies in MBA with sponsor my Father (In USA) and grandfather (in Pakistan). And will come back after my graduation completed in USA.
I need to know before applying for F1 Visa. Are there any important points I need to consider before applying for F1 and saving I-130 too? Is there possibilities that I can have both F1 and I-130.
