I had applied for an OPT extension on Jun 29, 2015 and today received a Denial Notice from USCIS, reason for that is - "Form I 765 was filled after 30 days of the date the DSO entered the recommendation for OPT into his or her SEVIS record". My current OPT expired on Sept 17th, 2015.
What options do I have to:
1. Continue my stay in US
2. Continue working for my present employer in US
Denial notice also suggestes filing I-290B, will that be helpful?
